Will Rodriguez–President:
Will proudly serves as the President of the Colorado Springs Wardogs Football and Cheer Association. A dedicated community leader, Will brings a wealth of experience, passion, and discipline to the organization. A U.S. Army veteran who completed a tour in Afghanistan, Will continued his service to the community as a firefighter. His strong background in leadership and public service has become the foundation for the Wardogs mission to build character, discipline, and teamwork through youth sports. Will has an extensive football background, having played semi-professional football and even trying out for the Philadelphia Soul. He also coached and owned both men's and women's semi-pro football teams, giving him a deep understanding of the sport from every angle player, coach, and leader. Now, as both President and Coach of the Wardogs, Will is hands on in shaping a safe, structured, and motivating environment where young athletes can grow on and off the field. With a commitment to excellence, community, and opportunity, he is helping guide the next generation of leaders one game at a time.
